Easiest way is to use the cardio function if you have it on the machine, set to between 150 and 160 for example and it will always maintain a difficulty level to keep you in the range.

I've been doing HIIT on the crosstrainer actually.

you guys have any experience with vitamin injections? some say vitamin injecions like B12 or E can help with energy and recovery.
anybody have price of these stuff?
*
No price here but a little story,my friend had nerve damage in his elbow and had to do vitamin B injections weekly,it was called Triple B!(Tri-B forte in French!)

The result is that his progress was much faster than mine in the gym.

But he did say it hurt like hornets and you have to jab multiple times to complete 1 shot.

Hey, got a few questions.

1) Are double chins normal during the bulking process, and how long does bulking normally last?

2) Hows this program sound:
  Mon: Bic/upper back/shoulder
  Tues: Hour of cardio
  Wed: Legs
  Thurs: Hour of cardio
  Fri: Chest/tri/lower back

Or is it better to just do the cardio after the workouts on mon, wed&fri?
*
Are you bulking??

How about you follow a preset program such as Madcow 5X5 ?

Shouldn't be any noticeable difference if you maintain the correct diet.

I know it kinda defeats the purpose but sometimes back i wanted to see how much of a jump i could sustain for dumbbell BP,what i did is gradually increase the number of reps with the same weight, from 8 to 10 then to 12....until i reached 20 at 40Lbs,then i jumped straight to 60Lbs,result is that i could do 8 reps with the 60 pounder without having touched it before.
