Guys, i'm a beginner who's 3 weeks into my training with the Max-OT program. I've been doing upright rows and recently i stumbled upon an article discussing the safety of upright rows here.
Do any of u experience any problems with ur shoulders after awhile? Need advice on whether i should continue with it.

Guys, can i have your opinion on cardio after workout?
I've been training at the gym for a month and was thinking of starting cardio. Really need to make my heart stronger as i cant run for 1km without ending with me panting like a dog.
Anyway i heard from some of the fellows in my uni gym that doing cardio after workout is counterproductive towards gaining muscle mass. Is there any grain of truth in it?
If the whole cardio thing is ok, mind recommending the intensity and duration of a cardio workout tat's suitable?

I'm planning to run on Sat and Sun(my off days), though was thinking of including a bit of cardio into my workout as well.

Guys, i started feeling pain in my left shoulder joint for my bench presses (both barbell and dumbbell)recently after i started increasing the weight. It hurts especially when i'm doing dumbbell presses though.
I once dislocated that left shoulder when i was really small. Would it have anything to do with the pain i'm feeling?
Should i change the type of exercise that i'm doing? Need advice.
