This guy is quite something.

With a back squat of 190 for a double, Chris LeRoux (He's the guy in that vid, also the owner of weightliftingexchange.com) he definitely IS something. I think he's about 36 yrs old.

dudes
i wanna know what does zero carb diet really mean
i mean, kalau zero carb and then go gym, i thought even milk + protein (or just protein shake with water is already carb)
im down to my last 2 weeks of cutting but never really tried zero carb
instead i eat rationally and cardio like hell

any ideas?

Take meat and carbs source only from vege and milk not really a good choice during tat diet.

I prefer carbs cycle, at least i have my glycogen store to boost my workout.

Rm 70 for grocery each week + my whey tat can last me for 1.5 - 2 months (RM300+) + eatting out (70 each week)

so... around RM850 (with some extra expenses on weekend).

I've been on zero carbs the past 4 months. That is exactly how i lost 14 kilos total yet i kept my protein intake high which caused continuous gains in strength and muscle mass coming. It's not as hard as you think it is, but it isn't a cakewalk either. Most of my "carb" sources came from apples, cabbages, broc, cauliflowers, etc. You get the idea.

And i didn't do cardio. =)

Question, do you cook your eggs or d'you gulp them down raw?

On another note, on the topic of stamina and cold drinks. My take on it is that cold drinks do not affect your stamina adversely, though I've got a friend who is adamant in believing drinking cold beverages will ruin your stamina. How would I explain to him how/why cold drinks don't affect your stamina. Or if I'm mistaken and he's right, what's the explanation for cold drinks affecting stamina as he doesn't have an explanation for his claims either. Just trying to understand this particular topic.

I think ur friend is wrong. I have friends who drink cold drinks, smokes, drink alcohol, and yet they're playing football for the states, and they last the whole 90 minutes. Just my opinion though
