guys, here's my progress..i think i got a lil more defined then last time..well,thanks to puasa la..but still not yet there yet..been doing the kevin levrone routine, and seriously, u guys gotta try it..well, then again, maybe it's juz me who perasan..hahaha tongue.gif

i aim not to bulk..coz was fat back then..i'm slowly trying to ge lean..not to the extend of so damn ripped..but at least ppl know la that i'm fit enuff..that's all..smile.gif

Not a big fan of supplements but I'm currently using Scivation Whey and UN Creatine. I try my best to keep my meals clean but it doesn't happen all the time haha. Will keep on lifting!

@jonyeap
10x10 = 10 sets of 10 reps with only 30 secs rest in between each set. Use weights which you can normally lift for about 20 times before reaching failure and use those weights for the 10x10. Superb intensity. Great pump too haha rclxms.gif

hasn't even been a week of puasa man. there'll be much more noticeable diff when your done.
assuming you dont go crazy at break fast and stuff your mouth will all sorts of junk fro Ramadan bazaars.

daamn, was measuring my biceps yesterday and it's only 13 inches!

And i am a 76 kg dude. Thats tinier than average right?

There are wayyyy too many variables in play to draw that conclusion.

Also: Go by the mirror, rather than the measuring tape.

my undeveloped parts is urmmmmm all bodyparts liaoo...hahahaha

my bodyfat is 25%....gilaaaaa hahaha

correction : biceps is 15.8 " ...hahaha sori aku bundarkan pada titik perpuluhan yang hampir...hahahaha
