Guys, I feel that my arms are getting fuller. There's like more density in em but when measured, they're the same as before.

Is it just in my mind or is there an explanation for this? smile.gif

when you workout, your muscle will be bigger. Maybe you should measure during this time

It's the pump which increases the measurement so I do not want to measure them then as it would not be accurate. biggrin.gif

that will make the measurement inaccurate...coz during that time mucle is pumped up with lactic acid...

If it got pumped with lactic acid the same way the muscle experiences a pump with blood, you'd be screaming. tongue.gif

70kg is not too bad.
how many reps?
my bench press sucks big time compared to deadlift, rows, press or squats.
i cant even bench press 90kg properly. haiz... i wish to hit 100kg end of this year
but dang... TENDONITIS screw my progress...

My normal incline is 275 pounds for 8 reps, but now it's 15 reps per set obviously i would need to reduce. =)

the bar i think around 12kg's je cuz its not the oly bar

actually, i hate barbell bb's cuz for most of my exercise except for back and legs, i love dumbbells

and i used to have tendonitis bro, tapi if u throw away ur ego and rest in between workouts and use lighter weights, it'll heal
and use counter pain like sloan's analgesic during workouts
it'll do wonders

You're so wrong. Bob Chick (IFBB Pro) himself said that genetics play 97% role in elite bodybuilding competitions. You can't make a pitbull out of a chihuahua no matter how much you buff up that chihuahua correct? Everything else is secondary. Elite bodybuilders are born, not made. Terry even said so, Kmaru will agree with me I'm pretty sure.

I know a guy here, natural, eats just twice a day and has donuts for breakfast and he benches 100kgs for warm ups for 20 reps and benches 4 big plates a side for work sets of 6-8. That is almost what i deadlift. Genetics mate.

I'm just so jealous when I see him bench. Lol. I train with him sometimes and no way i can keep up with that guy. His bench press workout consists of 20 sets. This was exactly what the psycho did:-

225lbs x 15
225lbs x 15
225lbs x 20
315lbs x 10
405lbs x 6
405lbs x 6
405lbs x 6
315lbs x 18

And the rest of the sets are cool downs of 225lbs. I mean.... wtf?! JonYeap has seen this guy in person.
