if you're big and well defined (low bf in alan's case), ppl will straightly ask him, "which gym do you go ??" ... means that ppl will and easily notice that you're hitting the gym without you say a word about it...

but, if you're just big and a bit muscular (maybe like alan's physique now), ppl will not easily notice (hard to tell) wether you're hitting the gym or just naturally/genetically big and muscular...so, you might have to tell ppl that you're actually working out in a gym...lifting those irons...

it's all about telling your passion in bodybuilding via your physiques...no need to talk and spread around the story of how you work you ass out in a gym...

apart from the tenderness and reddening, do you feel hot on the area ?? but then, gout rarely healed itself...either you take the roids injections or ibuprofen...and you have to take alupurinol for the rest of your life...and gout is a kind of arthritis...

See a doctor to assess whether it's gout. Unlikely that you have it so young unless you're genetically predisposed to it.

dunno the details but from every clinic I went, the doctors will include allupurinol together with others medications...my father and my grandfather have gout...so, it's genetic... smile.gif

wow...25kg per arm is great...keep it up...as for the benches, there's no math for workout like that...because you will involve different parts of bodypart for different workout...maybe you can do more or maybe less...just play safe, start with 40kg 1st...
