Unless one knows how to execute the form perfectly, it becomes mostly an ego exercise.

Well this big guy here knows how little i lift for incline BP lol...but the most important is the muscle stimulation...no point going heavy and get less ROM and can't really stimulate the muscle fully.

oh and thanks for your wishes! I really need it. Gonna miss training with you haha...now I need a new spotter d.

Problem is I always fall for that cycle,decide am carrying too much fat and its time to cut,then after cutting I want to go for big poundage again then I gain it all back.
Did that last year,from 95kgs down to 82kgs,looked good but poundage sucked,now am 93kgs again and same poundage as before,sometimes I wonder if am even progressing.

Flat dumbell bench brotha. Or machines, Lifefitness or Cybex, even Nautilus. Btw I've got free trial membership at CF Midvally for a week, been training there since Monday. Anyone wanna training partner it'll be good.

Sorry la, maybe i can get a guest pass at FF next week. Actually i don't get it, when someone bench press why must they hold the middle of the barbel? I mean, the main aim is for the barbell to touch the chest and the knuckles just get in the way. Sometimes i feel like when i spot for people it's like doing barbell rows.

my left wrist got injured almost permanently last year sebab this huge russian was about to pass out benching 150kg's and after 3 40% ROM, the bar could have carved a hole in his chest save for my intervention (luckily tak tolong with reverse grip like many pseudo spotters do)

now nak buat 30kgs pullover pun susah cuz it hurts my left wrist to pull the dumbbell up (last time used to do 40kgs pullover at ease)

as for your last statement, you should listen to many uneducated gym goers (not bodybuilders cuz they dont read at all about bb'ing) saying "badan boleh naik la kalau main berat tapi orang support" - support here means like the supporter (not spotter) did in adamemo's vid or "tak payah buat cardio if u nak cut, main besi pun peluh ape"...yeah crap...
im an avid HIIT believer but after more than 40000 kcals burnt for the past 3 months in my uphill run (treadmill), my legs, plantar and shins begged for rest...hehehe
next week, bulk time

I did aggressive bulking before. Not good. Gained too much fat.

I'm going tomorrow after for shoulders, then Friday afternoon for arms. And don't label me great la, I'm no pro bb'er. I can pm you my number if you're really going.

Yes, wider grip hits more chest. But too wide will screw shoulders. His grip is just perfect.

1st of all, ive never claimed maself as a pro cool2.gif and i did post my real poundage there instead of making up some nubmers,a proper form indeed is the best way to train.. but in order for me to increase my strength and size,i think the best way is still to go heavy with friend's support,coz thats how i could bench 100kg alone for 5-6reps.... low weights more reps = cuts,heavy weights less reps = size, at least tats wat i think smile.gif i maybe misunderstood the concept of this, but that's how i gt my body ripped and benched frm 60kg to 100kg alone now in one year time smile.gif not tryin to defend myself or trying to show off,but jz sharing some training experiences here with you guys... seems like some big guys here are not rly friendly to talk with....ermm....its gtting borin here yawn.gif

Go away. You know what's a good exercise for you? Bench pressing 100kgs with your neck with a rest pause of more than 5 mins.
