Even with my Popeye forearms I can barely do half of the weight adamemo does. Kudos.

Though, I second angrydog's sentiments. We want to see you do them solo.

Flat dumbell bench brotha. Or machines, Lifefitness or Cybex, even Nautilus. Btw I've got free trial membership at CF Midvally for a week, been training there since Monday. Anyone wanna training partner it'll be good.

I can vouchsafe the above statement if anyone has any doubts. I used to lockout during shoulder presses but I don't after darklight spotted me and the burn I get now is more intense. Thanks for pointing out my "mistake", darklight. smile.gif
