lol. bowl of miso. no comment. go and get something more proper la. such as some oral rehydration salt or gatorade or 100plus or something. E L E C T RO L Y T E S. your muscle are too dehydrated. not drinking enough water also can be another reason.

It's better today. Had just a single occurrence today in the lats while go-karting. It's interesting, but doesn't the body get electrolytes out of food? Do you find electrolyte supplementation helpful as a BB'er? I do drink about 2 liters of bottled mineral water a day. (Less yesterday) Nobody visits the loo more often than me in the office.

No, no, I'm not a competitive BB'er. Just someone wanting to gain strength and put on lean mass.

Drinking lots of water at once would lead to a beer belly, no? I had this German intern once who looked great except his stomach was jutting out from under his ribcage. No gut, but overextended stomach.

dude, a beer belly is caused from excessive fat around the midriff. fat meaning visceral(fat that are around your organs) and subcutaneous(under you skin) or the other way round im not too sure. dont really have to drink one shot 1.5litre la. thats just me bcos i am always so dehydrated and my daily routine needs me to walk around campus alot. just drink up to a gallon of water but keep sipping and sipping, not on one go.

registery editior ...

beer belly is actually one of the expressions of ascites...its is the accumulation of fluid in the peritonial cavity..

one of the pathologies is when liver cirrhosis happens(due to alchohols consumption), the flow of blood into the liver in the hepatic portal artery is obstructed, this creates a backflow pressure that increases the hydrostatic pressure in the artery. in turn this forces out blood which form tissue fluid (minus the erythrocytes and whatever).... this tissue fluid is forced into the peritoneal cavity and WHOOSSH....your beer belly...

it can be temporarily cured by drainage..but..it will reoccur because the underlying cause is not resolved.....

usually one can lift more on machine lifts because there's no need to spend extra energy balancing the bar as needed when training with free weights.

at one point of time, before I started doing free weight bench presses, I could bench 95lbs on the machine and only manage 50lbs using free weights.. lol
