it depends on them, the municipal council actually...with a small amount given, they have to spend it wisely...in my case here, they raise the entry fees in order to accomodate the maintainance costt...it's brilliant i think... hmm.gif

other gym rakyat is crap bro...not all but most la...poor maintained and small space...most of gym rakyat in KL were rated 1 (or half) out of 5 star by the minister...new minister is going to release a special fund to aid gym rakyat...hope that it's just not some thrash talk only... cool2.gif

dunno untill when they can manage it well...at this moment, all machines work just fine...but still I can see irresponsible ppl not handling it with care...left the db and plates all around...not bringing towels...sometimes really messy... sad.gif

got change room...got shower and toilet...last time (before renovation) got monthly pass but when I asked the person there, now don't have...compared to other gym rakyat, i agreed this place is abit steep...maybe I'll drop them some suggestions asking them to reduce the fees abit... biggrin.gif

IMO, counterproductive training is = doing mistakes in training...We all make mistakes from time to time, but mistakes in our fitness training should be avoided as much as possible...Failing to steer clear of these pitfalls can lead to plateaus, diminishing returns and, in the worst cases, injury...

p/s : for a fat ass like me, no problem if want to lepak² at the beach wearing shorts as i'm fat and i dont have chicken legs... tongue.gif
