eh i thought the barbell in those gym like celebrity fitness is 20kg ? How heavy is the smith machine barbell ? and wat about the ezbar ? sorry still newbie =(...hope u guy won't call me ballbangers for not googleing...i tried my best to google but only found out that oly barbell weighs around 20kg...

actually for Incline bench press shud we lower down the bar to our upper chest level or middle chest level ? what about flat bench press ? sometimes i see different ppl doing them differently...

hei guys i have seen this glucolin gluckosa(the package name and it's blue colour) and i wonder shud i buy and add it to my pre-workout protein shake and post-workout protein shake ? My pre and post workout shake contains of ON 100% whey and creatine...
