175kg is heavy man..damn strong...
i only can lift 110kg...and i can consider that we have the same body weight... i start 1st june only..hope to lift more weight after this... btw bro JonYeap,how much do u bench?? i deadlift 110,squat 70kg and bench around 45-50kg.. is it normal or my benching is weak?? |

today is see someone benching 100kg alone...damn...
that damn heavy...pergh..first time seeing it here.... lets say if someone is benching on the machine...how much is the different in weight and force to push if compare to free weight?? or if he can bench 100kg on machine,he still can do it on free weight...?? |

and i ask the heaviest he can bench..he said 115 kg..
but he is not ripped and can be consider fat....im very amazed...i ve seen them push it with his dad..but can be consider 2 people pushing...but t his time alone....100kg..8 rep...damn.... im gonna try 60kg tomorow..been stuck at 55kg around 2 weeks |

alamak.guys lepak la...that guy at my gym also his focus is in strength training....
but for me i prefer rip guys....you have six pack...that the best thing i envy....average of my gym guy wanna look big..while i just wanna look nice and ripped like those renoma boxer model..that my target.... but i also love to see those big guys with a fist size shoulder...damn..... their nice..but i have different mission... if i have six pack....nevermind la if those guys can deadlift 200kg++...i already got my mission...but still jeles la..hahahha.. p/s : today try lifting 60kg....failed..... huish..not yet finished lagi....
i think if using machine..will give an easier way to push the weight... easier than free weight la...i up to 40% resistance?never thought it gonna be that much... p/s : i increase my deadlift today..huish..very satisfied...my 1rpm now is 125kg ( only the weight )....must start buying some belt and strap cause i already lose my grip on the 4th rep of the 115kg...i search already...but can someone suggest a good strap??thinking of the ego nutritons strap...easier..just order and post...the Animal Lifting Straps |

forgot t o put that i drink whey+milk 4 times a day... 6.00 | whey+ milk 7.30 | 2 boiled + nescafe + plain water 11.00 | 2 boiled egg 1.00 | a bit of rice + fried chicken+some vege 4.00 | 1 yogurt 5.00 | whey protein + milk **workout** 7.00 | 2 whole grain bread + boil egg + salad + sauce + whey and milk 12.00 | whey and milk previously i have different diet...eh,u ate the mc value lunch..i think its worth it...but how the calories and everything??since i think its good cause contain meat and vege plus some bread.. |
