QUOTE(mofonyx @ Mar 9 2009, 09:11 PM) The genetic trace goes back to Genghis Khan. If I could find my genetics lecture, they did an analysis on a star cluster of Y-chromosome, the chromosome passed down from father to son. This star-cluster was traced back to Genghis Khan aaahhhhhhh. this explains my 24/7 horniness! good stuff mofonyx hahahahahahah.Genghis Khan rampaged through the middle east effectively raping every woman in his way. So anyone from the east-middle east could have Genghis Khan ancestry. Interesting stuff eh? |

the reason why ppl mix whey with cold water is bcos it is very heat-sensitive. mixing it with hot water will destroy its properties. google it up for more details.
EDIT: forgot the word 'hot water' This post has been edited by registryeditor: Jun 28 2009, 12:05 AM |

QUOTE(kotmj @ Aug 1 2009, 11:18 PM) Do you guys experience a marked increase in the frequency of muscle cramps since working out? To just give you an example: This morning, I bent over to pick up my coffee from the coffee table and my right oblique cramped up. Just now after showering, my left oblique cramped up while I was towelling my back. So today, both obliques cramped up on me! It's getting a little ridiculous. yeah, more salt, electrolytes, zinc, magnesium etc. google up for more info. |

dude, a beer belly is caused from excessive fat around the midriff. fat meaning visceral(fat that are around your organs) and subcutaneous(under you skin) or the other way round im not too sure. dont really have to drink one shot 1.5litre la. thats just me bcos i am always so dehydrated and my daily routine needs me to walk around campus alot. just drink up to a gallon of water but keep sipping and sipping, not on one go.
