QUOTE(CPURanger @ Mar 10 2025, 04:56 PM) I use a different bank account (OCBC) instead of my usual tiger bank for KDI transaction. Maybe that's why. Call up support, confirm the lady's name in e-mail and legit. Will be sending bank statement for verification. I am bit paranoid. Just don't like simply sending bank statement. check if name is not exactly the same in MBB and OCBC....single name or joint name account? even with a prefix Mr XXX... that would be problem for KDI system

The statements from both banks have Mr prefix alright. I am not sure why KDI fails at this. Most databases are design to have names without prefix, IT fail 101. Anyway I must remember to use tiger bank since it is registered as default bank. Update : Send in statement, according to KDI it's resolved. I faced this issue too recently while trying to deposit money into luno using my OCBC acc. I received email from LUNO that my deposit is rejected because its not from my personal account and funds will be reversed. normally i use other bank to deposit so I never faced this issue before. Then the next day LUNO emailed me tell me that the reason the fund was rejected is because my OCBC bank name not tally with my name. It showed my acc number instead. so they asked me to provide bank statement for them to manually allocate the fund. I obliged and got the money deposited in LUNO a few hours later. LUNO recommend reaching out to OCBC Bank to inquire about the FPX buyer name changes made on their end. So much hassle.

Anyway, if you make the withdrawal before 11am, high chance you'll get your money on the same evening. Else it will be the next day. And yes, money will go to the same bank account you registered when you create your KDI account.

Has anyone who has made withdrawls the 'proper way' (submission made before the 11AM cut-off time on a working day) experience delays in receiving the funds?
The posts here about delays seem to be due to withdrawls submitted on weekends/public holidays..
