QUOTE(ikanbilis @ Apr 20 2025, 09:49 PM) Yeah disappointing. Going to reduce my fund in KDI tomorrow and place in Be U fd. welp, i cant complain.. they give the best rates with liquidity.. If dont need liquidity then be u fd is a nice alternative just self reminder and PSA to all: try not to make big withdrawals on Friday. Have chance that it might not complete on same day and then you will lose interest for 3~4 days. This post has been edited by Optizorb: Apr 20 2025, 10:01 PM

Why you all withdraw on Friday? Means you lose interest over the weekend.

QUOTE(Medufsaid @ Dec 24 2024, 10:44 AM) looks like they say is normal QUOTE Greetings from Kenanga Digital Investing (KDI). Thank you very much for your enquiry.
Below is the expected timeline for withdrawals:
For withdrawals from KDI Save, it will take up to 1 to 2 working days from the time of request for the funds to be transferred to your bank account. moral of the story is to be really safe, make sure you don't withdraw on public holiday eve else it might be stuck >2 days.

Getting Started

|
Seems I've been lucky. Per my previous posts, I've made 2 withdrawls recently and I've been fortunate to receive the funds relatively quick.
The withdrawls were made at night and I'd receive 2 acknowledging emails, the first immediately after withdrawing and another email around 4PM the next day. The funds would then be deposited into my account (AmBank) by late evening around 9-10PM.

QUOTE(Jason @ Apr 23 2025, 12:45 AM) It’s in their FAQ They didn’t guarantee same day… so I won’t hold it against them…. yes i know. Nonetheless it's still disappointing, especially if this will be more common occurrence moving forward.. I'm hoping it's just this couple of days maybe they have some issues that needs solving or got extra workload or whatever and will return back to normal soon
