Kenanga Digital Investing (KDI) consists of two investment tools:
1. KDI Invest (Stashaway ETF portfolio alike) - click for more info

Your withdrawal from KDI Invest will take approximately 5 working days to reflect in your bank account

2. KDI Save (seems to be akin to Money Market Funds portfolio like Stashaway Simple/Versa) - click for more info


Your withdrawal from KDI Save will reflect in your bank account:
Latest 1 day after the withdrawal day (T+1), if withdrawal made before cut-off time of 11am; or
Latest 2 days after the withdrawal day (T+2), if withdrawal made after cut-off time of 11am.
T should be working day, If you make deposit or withdrawal on weekend or holiday, then it will follow upcoming working day

Experience Sharing:
Pros
1. Quick account opening, got it open in one hour (Though there are forumer reported a day or more than that)
2. Quick investment deposit processing for KDI Save, deposit through FPX in the morning, got the units, and return in the afternoon
3. Promotional rate of KDI save 3%

Cons
1. BY FAR no details of underlying assets for KDI Invest, this info will only be available in your next month's statement
2. Login engine doesn't have 2FA
3. Mobile app doesn't have fingerprint/face ID login

Thanks for starting a new thread! This seems like a rushed launched looking at the lack of information on the platform itself hahah

After you login, and you click KDI save, under their terms and condition, it's mentioned the 3% is until 30th June 2022. Not sure who's lying. KDI team or all the newspaper.

If is until 30th June 2022 why mentioned until end of the year.

from the all the sources i read is until end of this year tho

Money market funds, relatively easier to move your funds around. just move when the promotional rate ends.

by the way, i am still waiting for my account to be approved.

how long does it take for your account to be approved?

Got mine approved and transfer the money...

Saw that using MBB can use CC to add cash...

Anyone knows will it be counted as cash advanced and charging additional interest? If no cash advanced, then not too sure will it be earning points or not...

you can try, i tried and the transaction will be failed eventually, was trying to give some trouble to them but no luck

Anyone unable to receive OTP during account opening?

I tried on desktop and app also having the same problem.

Notified them and they requested my name, telco network and mobile number then no update from them.

Update: Account approved. Should have asked for one of your referral code, this way, both of us got 10 bucks in our etf portfolio later.

so far no such issue, they take a while to reach, but also in a matters of seconds. not too long though.

I got their reply but they need to rely on the vendor to solve this issue.

The 3% is per year, right? If I put say for 3 months, meaning the interest will be pro rated??
