QUOTE(FloralEmbrace @ Mar 24 2025, 09:20 AM) Is the interest calculated on daily rest for KDI Save? This is the calculation I did but it doesn’t match what KDI shows in the ap. App shows RM89.96 which I cannot get from my computation Use the formulae to get Daily Interest Amount=Value of investment*((1+EAR)^(1/366)-1) The weekend will get interest too if the deposit amount is done on Friday before 11 am, thereafter, it will be the next working day. QUOTE(guy3288 @ May 12 2025, 02:15 PM) in a hurry to pump money into Versa promo 6-8% i withdrew RM25k forgotten today PH but PH KDI no processing withdrawal right? i guess KDI will process it tomorrow on 13.5.25 Can KDI exclude my RM25000 from the 4% interest for today 12.5.25? Any quick witted guesses? You still get interest (after withdrawing RM25K) if you have a balance, unless you fully withdraw the amount. This post has been edited by SydneyKL: May 16 2025, 11:04 AM

QUOTE(guy3288 @ May 16 2025, 01:06 PM) not sure what you mean people said if you withdraw 25k, KDI wont pay interest for that 25k for that day. but it has ben proven wrong, KDI still pay interest for it on that day as long as the 25k is still in account not transferred out yet. You'll continue to earn interest as long as there is a balance in your KDI account, unless the entire amount is fully withdrawn.

There’s no right or wrong answer, everyone has different preferences when it comes to saving, so long as you "don't put all your eggs in one basket".
