Has anyone who has made withdrawls the 'proper way' (submission made before the 11AM cut-off time on a working day) experience delays in receiving the funds?

Greetings from Kenanga Digital Investing (KDI). Thank you very much for your enquiry.

Below is the expected timeline for withdrawals:

For withdrawals from KDI Save, it will take up to 1 to 2 working days from the time of request for the funds to be transferred to your bank account.

The posts here about delays seem to be due to withdrawls submitted on weekends/public holidays..

can happen from time to time, though mostly so far received in the same day

Do you recall how long the delay was? An extra 1 day?

Was planning to withdraw on Apr 1st but since it may be a holiday due to Raya I might as well do it at night or Tues morning instead. Just hoping that the funds will clear by the 3rd or 4th.

Billy.Who delayed by 1 day only.

you withdraw on Apr 2nd morning before 11am. don't try to withdraw on Apr 1, you'll lose interest
QUOTE

If I'm withdrawing on Apr 1st, I'll do it late in the evening. Noticed that on weekends and public holidays the interest will be credited/updated around ~7-8PM so I guess it should be safe if the withdrawl request is made afterwards.

Hi all, will KDI save ever implement instant withdrawals / transfer in the near future ? I don't get why the don't have this convenient option.

chocolate finance in sg tried to do something similar. fixed-income funds but some spare cash available for instant withdrawal (S$20k max per day)... had a mini-bank run

Hi, noticed that there are a few KDI related apps as follows. May I know which one is the simplest if I just want to deposit/withdraw on KDI Save?

Thanks

usually cimb received money quite fast around 9 sometimes even 8.30pm
so likely is KDI issue
