Anyway, you can look for the FAQ for GO+ in the TnG eWallet app itself. No tiering for GO+ unless specified during campaign.

Anyway, if you make the withdrawal before 11am, high chance you'll get your money on the same evening. Else it will be the next day.

And yes, money will go to the same bank account you registered when you create your KDI account.
