Want to ask anybody knows why device Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 Model STK-L22, android 10  now cant open KDI apps? previously was ok. is like hang.

my other accounts all can open, even with lower android other phones all also can

any suggestions? had done uninstall, clear data clear cache still same problem.

tomorrow plan to  deposit big amount  if cant  login, short of 1 account plan rosak.

Looks like money is withheld pending investigation
Provide the details money would be credited few days later
Or it will be rjected and refunded back to your bank account

The issue usually is details not tally, eg bank showed different name than your kdi record

Bank Islam is hell of a problem as it pandai pandai added Encik to my savings account . and that is a problem to kdi

check if  name is not exactly the same in MBB and OCBC....single name or joint name account?

even with a prefix Mr XXX... that would be problem for KDI system
