They don't take the complaint seriously. I posted it in their Twitter... but all they can say search network manually. Like what kind of solution is that. I told them losing network out of the blue for several seconds. Before I can search network, it is already up and running again

Umobile CS is like that since Day 1...
i have been "loyal" eversince UMobile launched...
Even download 1TB monthly when really truely unlimited plan...hahaha
i have been MNP in out countless time since...
Complaint to UMobile Service have been always like that.

As for Congestion.....i think UMobile buat tak tahu saja.
Suspect congestion usually on location...
At night.....is the worst....connected to 4G/3G fullbar...but internet macam 64kbps
Only at certain location...UMobile still happily smooth day in day out.
i can only say 90% UMobile congestion almost all the time especially those "hot" area..too many user logging same time
AND currently blady UMobile system have glitch where VPN can bypass system Unlimited data thus creating even worse congestion without the need to purchase any plan....
