I guess no one cares, but just for the record, Umobile prepaid data roaming does not work in Cambodia. I connected to the roaming partner Cellcard, turned off 4G/LTE as recommended by UM, but no data connection. I complained to UM through the app but they didn't reply, so they don't care, either.  NVM, can buy Smart sim in Cambodia, US$6 for 4GB data, valid for one month. |
