Hi guys, its my 4th month using U28 postpaid plan.

In the past 3 months I always had extra usage charge (so total bill amounts were always more than 28+GST), I want to know what they charged me for because I didn't buy add-ons but I can't find the details of charges on ma bills.

I did finish up my 3gb data every month and relied on the controlled turtle speed internet on the 4th week usually. Do they incur charges for using more than 3gb?

Didnt exceed usage for phone call and sms for sure.

Anyone know the procedure to convert from prepaid to postpaid? I want to keep my current number of course.

I'm on UMI30 and want to go for P38 instead for unlimited call

at umobile app..select first time login..then will send u the 6digit pin via sms.rm81 is 1month advance plus current bill..stamping and itemised bill is charged at rm3  need call cs to switch to email if not rm3 charge will be there.
