U must be unlucky. I didn't have to go to SC at all. I just PM them via Twitter and within a month I got back my deposit.

Took their iPhone plans with 2 years contract. Really regretted. Still got 1 and half years to go. Sigh

Does umobile charge pay per use mobile data while roaming? I know they have roaming plan, but just want to know in case accidentally shit happens, and I get bill shock..
