If you wish to terminate a Plan, you can unsubscribe via UMB at *118*3*6# or by sending <OFF V20> for V20 and <OFF V30> for V30 to 28118. Any unused minutes will be forfeited.

I suggest using the above UMB option and choosing Stop Auto Renewal.

The reason is if you had exhausted your UMI quotas and wanted to buy an MB pass instead, you can only do that if there is no pending UMI subscription.

unfortunately not, you have to use up your credit before porting out, or else it is burnt. one option is share the credit to another UM user.

Should be available. However, you still need to top up minimum RM10 after switching to Power plan to activate the free fast 1GB/month.

Confirmed, UMI26 and UMI36 have no bundled minutes, got Joox VIP pass instead.

Also, UMI26 has no off-peak YouTube, can only use the Video Onz (24 hours).

UMI30 still exists, with no changes as far as I know.

Heard UMI50 have more data, yet that one is outside my budget.
