Congratulations on V10 but definitely Umobile still succckkks

In my case.. Nope... Prepaid is faster than postpaid.. But then.. Experience with Celcom.

As usual.... Umobile nó Give a fuuuuuuuuucccck about roaming problem at Cambodia..
Standard reply.... They will look into it... Unless you are a regular travel to Cambodia where you can follow up with your complaint...

Umobile is getting worse each day especially those congested location.
Complaints also useless as it just standard that they will look into it.. In the end.. Umobile never bother to get back to user.

Anyway I still on P70 which is use by my Gf at her place.. Seem never have any congestion issue.
My place like steroid turtle speed... Data internet crawling like snails.
Suspect that it happen because it is possible to bypass Umobile system to get unlimited data which is happening now...
Maybe that why.. Congestion issue become worse for past months..

i have been "loyal" eversince UMobile launched...
Even download 1TB monthly when really truely unlimited plan...hahaha

i have been MNP in out countless time since...

As for Congestion.....i think UMobile buat tak tahu saja.
Suspect congestion usually on location...
At night.....is the worst....connected to 4G/3G fullbar...but internet macam 64kbps

Only at certain location...UMobile still happily smooth day in day out.

i can only say 90% UMobile congestion almost all the time especially those "hot" area..too many user logging same time

AND currently blady UMobile system have glitch where VPN can bypass system Unlimited data thus creating even worse congestion without the need to purchase any plan....

Only use UMobile if you happen to stay at certain location.
if not....better use other Telco....

P78 capped 5mbps...only can use on handphone...cannot use on mifi/modem...etc...unlimited quota

P70....speed not capped but depend location....can use in any device but got quota 15GB Main and 7GB VIdeo Streaming.

Umobile will work wonderful as long no congestion on certain place..

In Klang Valley.. All hit but misses more especially peak hour from starting 7pm onwards until midnite

It a hair tearing Xperience using Umobile in congestion area.

It just say FREE mobile hotspot... Never did stated FREE Unlimited Mobile Hotspot.

Thus 10GB quota hotspot quota still valid.

.. If really unlimited... At rm99..
With unlimited tethering..

It will definitely kill all competitors but wait.. Umobile still congested at my place.

Today just walk in & downgrade my P70 to U28 & lose my benefit of getting IPhone at monthly deduction without the need of credit card or debit card.

Tell them to improve the congestion 1st before I consider the iPhone plan.

i think UMobile need to do something to block "VPN" Unlimited App Onz lobang.
it have been few months since the lobang bocor.
i was suprise that UMoblie still do nothing.
That is one of the cause for slow network..
