1st : I call 100 but they said sorry cant help. ask me to send email to complain.
2nd : I send email to tm but they reply me the offer only for selected customer and case close.
3rd : I goto mcmc website and lodge complain and they called me today. talk to me only provide promotion 2y but I insist they need give me for long term.

so it means that for existing customers who paid higher price for higher plan, even with complaint the deal is still poorer than rm10 upgrade, either no STD20 or the price is only valid for 2 years etc.

conclusion is still always to keep at the lowest possible plan and wait for upgrade offer from TM later.

looks like it.

somehow, TM unifi does not want a full transparent n fair pricing policy, wants to milk customers whenever they have a chance.

i am curious if there is ONE other co. in this country that does biz that way.

and i am also curious why no consumer assoc has ever made noise about it.

It's been about a week now that my latency to Singapore based server for my MMORPG game spiked high until 100ms. Google website shows 20-30ms but when I pinged with the gaming server located in SG, it spikes up to 100ms constantly. Anyone can tell me what's up with this? I encountered the same problem few months back. What I've noticed is that my normal latency ping was 10ms normally. But for the past week, it spiked to 20-30ms on google.com ping test, that's when the random constant high latency of 100ms occurred for my game. I had to restart like couple of times in order for Unifi to place my router to connect to the right location which would normally give me 20-30ms. It's got to be some sort of problem on Unifi's end right? I did see some recent constructed being done by Maxis Fibre around my area, not sure if it's the cause of this problem.

But then what to put in tm ticket no in mcmc? U directly complain to mcmc? What u put in ticket no?

Wow...Lucky gt tis forum otherwise wouldnt know tm gt such offer, no info at all on their homepage
So just confirm, currently i m paying 179 for 50m wz aneka pack, by adding 10, i can upgrade to 100m n jumbo pack? Call 100 to make request first, if rejected then file complaint on their website n last resort mcmc? Thx

But this "internal" offer only valid until 31 Dec 2017. Hope you still can get it.

Hi,

Any changes complain to MCMC to get my current Bonanza rm139 that only rupy not jumbo ? And only free standard STD without free 600mins call ? I'm upgraded from Rm129 lite 10mb to 30mb Bonzana now.

I'm curious too. This should be a much bigger deal than it is.. Surpassing that of Maxis even..

Tell them you have no time to Photoshop it. Deal with it, just open a ticket. Else, you can end the chat and try another CS.

Consumer assoc is part of the government.
And TM is also part of semi government (with semi private company).

When you make noise to consumer assoc, I guess it won't work.

Consumer assoc (part of government) + TM (semi government) = Your complain will ignore frm consumer assoc

Consumer assoc (part of govern) + maxis (purely private company) = Your complain successful submit to consumer assoc for further investigate.

Fair usage policy? In shortcut, so called "fair to company only bt not to consumers".
