I started with standard 5Mbps and upgraded to 10Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017) .
From day one (5 Mpbs), I have set my Transmit Power to low and could always get close to the maximum download and upload speed . There's only low, medium , high setting on my wireless. I placed it on the 2nd floor open space and could still get good wireless connection outside my gate. But my reason of doing so was to reduce the heat so that the device last longer. |

I've just upgraded to 30 Mbps RYE and still using my Wireless L7-N-R2000 (D-LINK DIR-614) since 2014 when I was on 5 Mbps. It serves me well but the maximum wireless speed I get is 20Mbps.
Should I ask TM to change it or should I stick with it? |
