Hello guys! Recently subscribed to UniFi EDU Lite. I got feeling I'm being overcharge here... RM128.70 + GST (RM 7.72) = RM 136.40. I taught is like around RM 99 + GST something? How come so much?

UniFi is pay first and use later. First bill will consist of pro-rated amount + full one future month.

RM 30. RM 9 is pro-rated + RM 30 full one month.

Does Streamyx also pay first use later? Just notice in my last bill, they giving rebate for the unbilled period 8-24/12?

I guess is while you using it and you pay bill at the same time.

TMpoint staff them also confused Initially they told me chargeable until the termination date but actually already charged in previous bill.

Just curious here, why is TM upgrading a Streamyx cabinet to VDSL (noticed they changed the name to VFXXXX) if the area already has UniFi?

I would think that it is for users who can’t subscribe to Unifi as the port is full, so VDSL is the next best choice for these people.

Are they new comers first time work at there? We can accept those who new comers join in to TM family.

Seems like nowadays there is no external auditor to audit this company, need to fine them with no proper training procedure.

VF is only limited to streamyx 8mbps.
Only VB and VC would be able to support unifi lite via VDSL.
Maybe targetted suburban of that particular area.

they got a new promo in unifi.com.my.
