Why no more 50Mbps from TM? looks like got gap in package offered. 10, 30 & 100. Maybe they plan to introduce new package? Any internal info or rumor? hehe..

Do you change the equipment? If you change it previously during upgrading it will trigger new contract.

to be safe, I suggest apply new line first. After installed then only terminate the old one. So you don't have any service interruption period and also potential risk of port snatched up by others.

Wow. That was fast from TM. I applied yesterday at TMPoint. Just received sms from TM that order had been completed. I checked at unifi already new package.
For your info I applied upgrade from 30 to 100Mbps. No visit from them. Just suddenly received sms. Later after return home I will check whether upgraded or not.

Because my equip already latest. Installed on last April. The contract renew, but need take note also my equip waranty also extended following this upgrade period.

I visit tmpoint mention upgrade to bonanza. Less than 24 hours it had been upgraded. I just received sms. No technician visit or change of equipment.

the system in unifi.com.my is not so updated. My unifi last time only able to check coverage in the website 3 months after I installed the unifi. I applied with agent as soon as TM contractor finished setup the box outside my home. LOL. So if agent said can apply means you in coverage already ! They have the most recent updated coverage list. smile.gif

Basically it is Bonanza package offer.
10Mbps RM129 --> 30Mbps RM139 (Bonanza package)
30Mbps RM179 --> 50Mbps RM189 (Bonanza package)
50Mbps RM229 --> 100Mbps RM239 (Bonanza package)

Anyway, previous Thank you surprise is better than Bonanza.
Current Bonanza still costlier by RM10 if compare to thank you surprise (upgraded). hehe.

I don't think this offer applicable to previous promotion(Non standard such as thank you surprise upgraded or Bonanza package).

Anyway, you might confirm with TM Point. But my personal opinion it is for official standard pkg only.

my router is ac68u and using iPhone X.
My 2.4GHz WiFi max i could get is around 60Mbps only sad.gif
No issue for 5GHz WiFi stable at 100++ Mbps.

note: I use Auto setting for WiFi. No other Wifi around my house. Only mine.
