So just confirm, currently i m paying 179 for 50m wz aneka pack, by adding 10, i can upgrade to 100m n jumbo pack? Call 100 to make request first, if rejected then file complaint on their website n last resort mcmc? Thx

Guys just got the 100m upgraded after complaint to mcmc, however i get the 100m n jumbo pack but not the free std20 voice n i also din see the rm50 special discount. I live chat with tm, at first the lady said free voice call will include if i did request but later change statement said only for those who had that package before upgrade which i clearly stated in my report. N the rm50 discount only will know once my bill generated. Last she said will pass to repective dept to check, i requested ticket no if need to furrther with mcmc again, she just gone like tat. Any advise wat can i do?

Just check still not include, still no rm50 special discount n free voice std20, will check again later


I comlaint to mcmc n got a call fr tm for the upgrade, the lady said i will get what i requested. Funny part is during live chat, the agent said also i will get the package as per request. I told her if she can see the report it is stated clearly there, then she ask me for a moment. Come back she gave me another reason tat i must already had the voice package b4 upgrade in order to get it free.

about voice std20, is it include free call to other network too or just free call to tm fixed line? Read tat few pages before but kinda confuse, i though theres another voice package with 600mins free call to other network.

guys, recently upgraded to rye 2017 100mbps plan, with rm189 montly. but for 1st month bill tm forgot to give the rm50 discount n i was charged rm255.7, they add the rm50 discount after i filed complaint. just got this month bill with the charges rm154.2 inclu gst, anyone can help to see if i m billed correctly? tq

hmm..so it is prorated as my service start on 4/1. things will b lots easier if tm can just rectify the problem when i first report to them that rm50 discount is missing after the upgrade, only rm150 appear on my account. live chat n call, keep saying they cant check now n need to wait after bill generated . anyway, thanks alot for the explanation
