called 100 regarding the upgrade. for user using 199 with hypptv megapack they wont allow us to downgrade to 189. what a double standard offer by tm.

tm staff promise will give me reply on yesterday about my mcmc complain under the unfair practise didnt turn up. lol. shall I lodge another complain?
