called 100 regarding the upgrade. for user using 199 with hypptv megapack they wont allow us to downgrade to 189. what a double standard offer by tm.

now using 50 advance thank you plan paying rm199 per month.

can I make complain to mcmc since tm are double standard? call 100 and live chat all ask me to go tmpoint.

the problems is they allow me to upgrade but need to top-up 199+10 whereby you guys are upgrade from rm 179+10. they said cant downgrade the value.
wat an excuss they giving.

so far any success case to study? or any person as reference to solve up our issue?

I lodge my report last week. so far no one call me for any offering. how much time u wait to get urs? I'm using same package as u.

lodge on last Friday and today tm call me to discuss about this issue. they said only 2 years why bother to change? I said 2 years I save rm240.

1st : I call 100 but they said sorry cant help. ask me to send email to complain.
2nd : I send email to tm but they reply me the offer only for selected customer and case close.
3rd : I goto mcmc website and lodge complain and they called me today. talk to me only provide promotion 2y but I insist they need give me for long term.

mcmc they will entertain. just go mcmc to report. no point wasting time go tm point.

they ask me to top up rm10 to make it 209 and my promo is perpetual with all the goodies : STD20, Jumbo, Ruby + 100 Mbps
