Back to UniFi. I redeemed RM 50 voucher to offset against my bill and I can even see it being offset in OCC UniFi. However, they still happily sent me an email to ask me to pay for the balance RM 50 of outstanding. sleep.gif
If they suspend my line, I will give them a good earful lesson.

If they check and your area doesn't have UniFi, then they will check if there is Streamyx; if still no Streamyx, you can terminate without any penalty.

Yes and now it is RM 70 for me after free upgrade to 50Mbps. They use RM 249 Advance 50 pricing as basis.

No longer able to check "Modify Bundle" page since months ago.
You gotta test to know, I just go to know recently that I got free calls after my niece made calls to her mum (my sister). My UniFi was relocated to sister's house.

You have to walk-in to the nearest TM Point and filling in relocation form. The staff will guide you from there, you will need to pick any of the available installation dates. Suggest to do this only two weeks before relocation, if too early, those dates may not be available yet.
Bring all your stuff to the new place and enjoy. laugh.gif

Same. Basically just transferring your current plan to a new location.
First time relocation is free and second time onward should be RM 300 relocation fees but recently they have removed this as well until further notice. So I was lucky to relocate second time in the right time.
