Good work bata.
but yeah, i noticed that your right bicep peak more obvious compared to left.
and when you posing.. i think you're squeezing the top of your back together. so your lats dun appear much... might wanna flare out your upper back then can see more lats tongue.gif

maybe wanna workout your left arm more blink.gif
one extra set mebbe...

I'm trying to balance out my arms too.. i'm a right hander but my left arm bigger than my right.. rclxub.gif doh.gif

Hi guys, I've been training for about 4-5 months now. I'm on rippetoes for about 3 months now although I'm not following the program strictly (sometimes 2x per week only.. sweat.gif ).Definately the best beginner program out there.

I'll be having PMR next month so I plan to cut down my gym session to 2x per week. After PMR I'll start back on rippetoes since my poundage are still very pathetic.I plan to go on a O-lift routine which is.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/schultz26.htm

what is ur goal of training? hypertrophy in size, strength or being ripped?
if ur goal is strength, then olympic lift is effective way of training.

however, imho, those power movements r hard to master, unless u got a good trainer.

Strength for sure. I train alone and there isn't any trainers in my gym. There isn't any lifters too! I can hog the barbell all I want brows.gif .

Maybe I'll go lightweights and high reps to master the techniques. I will use those movements sometime in the future.
