sorry sorry. it means those shakes that no ppl buy. for example i make 10 protein shakes, sold 9, 1 no ppl buy then i take back home and drink it myself.

erm, its like this. i sell 1 tub 1 tub oso, like how ppl buy from GNC Maxtrition or Ego la. n i sell shakes oso. i make the protein shakes myself, then fill into a plastic cup with cover like those starbucks transparent cups for tapao.

u mean, if ppl want buy then only they mix with water themself? erm coz i think of give convenience to tht gym owner, straight sell no need do extra works. but u r rite, ppl prefer when they wan buy only mix. well, my fren's gym tak cukup kaki tangan. he himself is a bodybuilder, n give personal training oso. everytime only he alone at the gym jaga. thts y i dont want give him trouble. thanks man.

helo jones. if u r a student then its rm3 per entry. there got basketball court, squash, badminton court, n a gym. rm3 is for gym. basketball is rm1 per entry. u can workout or play 3 or 4 hours, no time limit. squash n badminton the rate i duno. biggrin.gif

nearest is asia jaya lrt. it opens from 3pm till 10pm. sunday close, saturday open 10am till 6-7pm. friday close earllier(duno wat time).

Right now I'm also trying to lose my gut. Been taking apples + whey protein for breakfast, lunch and tea time and sneaking off to gym during lunch hour for a quick workout consisting of mainly supersets and dropped sets with minimal rest in between to keep the intensity up and keep my workouts short.

Trying to cut down on rice, noodles, etc and eating more meat, too. Just shifting the nutritional profile of my food intake instead of relying on fat loss supplements.

thx thx. doing full body workout and basketball almost everyday, took 1 bottle of fat burner on january and currently only take multi vits and aakg everyday.

yaya susah the lower stomach part, very slow progress, but i think after a few months it is going to be better.
