dunno why, it seems lightweight guys tend to have nice chest faster.
i saw quite many average guys have well developed chest compared their other body parts.

Most probably was the lighting that displayed my skin that way.
I bench press everytime I'm at the gym.Most of the time using dumbbells rather than barbells. Bigger chest gives the illusion that a person is actually bigger than one really is brows.gif

anyways, i quit barbells bench press since last month
figured out i can bench more on barbells
like if barbells i can only do 25lbs each side for 4reps
but dumbbells i can do 40lbs per hand 6-8 reps but my grip still suck
haha

how do you count your weight may i ask?

for barbell itself is 45lbs, with the additional of your 25lbs on each side which bring you to thel total of 95lbs(45lbs+(25lbsx2)).

for dumbell, you are only carrying a total of 80lbs if you ask me, 40lbs on each side.

but then being able to do 40lbs DB per hand at 95lbs barbell bench is very good. for me i can barbell bench 140 previously but i can only bench DB 50lbs perhand. now dono la. maybe stabalizing muscles weak sweat.gif

measure the bar again
an oly bar ISN'T 45LBS.
It's 40+- LBS. I think the safety brackets are the extra 5lbs, so if u dun use safety brackets, don't say it's 45lbs.

Yea. I think heavier by 5lbs-10lbs. I've broken many PRs outside FF.

It is very normal for average or skinny guy focus on chest, especially south east chinese who usually weak on chest..

chest, shoulder and back can be see even after wear the clothes and more impressive, especially triangle shape

when a man who does weight training go to beach, his friends first word would probably "wow u got super big chest"..

i guess big chest / breast give man/woman ego and confident ya? sweat.gif

the mags all say u can see definitions in 3 months minimum
but most of my friends whom already reached the best bods (they are those who went overseas for studies and train like mad at their super ghetto gyms especially in UK) said they got their bodies in like 1-2 years
even to grow the chest, that is to move from benching 40kgs to 100kgs took them 1 year
i was astonished

they said, sebab diorang tak jaga makan sangat (that is some of them overeat while some undereat)
