measure the bar again
an oly bar ISN'T 45LBS. It's 40+- LBS. I think the safety brackets are the extra 5lbs, so if u dun use safety brackets, don't say it's 45lbs. |

Yea. I think heavier by 5lbs-10lbs. I've broken many PRs outside FF.

the mags all say u can see definitions in 3 months minimum
but most of my friends whom already reached the best bods (they are those who went overseas for studies and train like mad at their super ghetto gyms especially in UK) said they got their bodies in like 1-2 years even to grow the chest, that is to move from benching 40kgs to 100kgs took them 1 year i was astonished they said, sebab diorang tak jaga makan sangat (that is some of them overeat while some undereat) haha that long huh?
