Yeah.. still need ALOT ALOT ALOT of work.
3 bodybuilders just stepped into my office today colleague's friend ... damn.. they're all huge. can't wait to look like them tongue.gif

According to the omron fat analyser, my bf% is at 14.6%. sad.gif dunno how accurate la. and yeah, my weight is a measly 61.4kgs rclxub.gif

only traps lagging? i think almost EVERYTHING is lagging tongue.gif
i plan to start bulking in about 2 month time... hopefully can get great results then smile.gif

I'll go check out some fitness shops tonight for that caliper... are they all the same?

Definitely go with clean bulking... i tried the Mc-Donald/KFC bulk last time for a couple of months.... all it got me was fats rclxub.gif

Yeeck: I'm planning to go to bali in few months.. wanna get a 6 pack b4 going. Just for the fun of it tongue.gif might be rethorical since i might lose it while bulking after getting the 6 pack.

Are other brands crap compared to accu-measure? or just not as accurate? hmm.gif

Pizza: I just switched my diet. from that fastfood stuff to clean meals. clean to the point where i eat 90% home cooked food. Oil-free cooking. Only get good fats from supplements and whatever fats left in the meat i cooked.
carbs i take are mostly gardenia wholewheat bread... planning to change to that new formula they came out with... apparently the carbs in that is even lower.
And i eat about 6-7 meals a day.

Bata: i've ben working out since 16 yo. flex.gif but back then was a noob just simply lifting weights on and off and doing mostly isolation exercises. only last year, oh wait... 2 years back started doing it more seriously testing diets and programmes here and there. but i didn't swith diets/programme after 12 weeks on it. smile.gif Cos this kinda stuff takes a while to see results.. rclxms.gif

King83: not bad.. can see some bulk here and there. but some of the pics angles makes it hard to see anything. i think would be better if you got someone to shoot you... (as in shoot pictures tongue.gif ) those angle shots hard to see la.. (or maybe i'm noob)
can see some bulk on the lower back up in one of the shots. rclxms.gif

hahaha, maybe just clean up diet more? i can't really give advice on bulking up since i'm having a miserable time doing that myself. but on the getting lean side, i can give some SIMPLE advice la. however, those simple advice is already all over the health and fitness forum. laugh.gif so no need kua.

ppl like darklight, musclemass, free enuf shd be giving advice on getting big! blush.gif

as for me, i wanna get bigger.. bodybuilder wannabe. flex.gif but had a tough time when i tried bulking... gonna give bulking another shot in a couple of months.

I normally wake up automaticaly in the middle of the night just to drink water.. so if i need to fix up a shake... no probs there... brows.gif
