Yeah.. still need ALOT ALOT ALOT of work.
3 bodybuilders just stepped into my office today colleague's friend ... damn.. they're all huge. can't wait to look like them According to the omron fat analyser, my bf% is at 14.6%. only traps lagging? i think almost EVERYTHING is lagging i plan to start bulking in about 2 month time... hopefully can get great results then |

I'll go check out some fitness shops tonight for that caliper... are they all the same?
Can't wait to pack on some mass!! Definitely go with clean bulking... i tried the Mc-Donald/KFC bulk last time for a couple of months.... all it got me was fats Thanks for all the comments so far, appreciate it |

Yeeck: I'm planning to go to bali in few months.. wanna get a 6 pack b4 going. Just for the fun of it
Canopies: I'm old le.. 24 yo this year. look like 18 in the pic issit? egoeagle: did you try gettin it from bb.com? didn't get a chance to look around today.. dang.. prolly go look around this weekend. Are other brands crap compared to accu-measure? or just not as accurate? Pizza: I just switched my diet. from that fastfood stuff to clean meals. clean to the point where i eat 90% home cooked food. Oil-free cooking. Only get good fats from supplements and whatever fats left in the meat i cooked. carbs i take are mostly gardenia wholewheat bread... planning to change to that new formula they came out with... apparently the carbs in that is even lower. Bata: i've ben working out since 16 yo.
King83: not bad.. can see some bulk here and there. but some of the pics angles makes it hard to see anything. i think would be better if you got someone to shoot you... hahaha, maybe just clean up diet more? i can't really give advice on bulking up since i'm having a miserable time doing that myself. but on the getting lean side, i can give some SIMPLE advice la. however, those simple advice is already all over the health and fitness forum.

would a protein shake just do? maybe somehting like TRUE MASS by BSN? cooking in the middle of the morning is just... ugh...
