even after losing the weight, i think i lost my muscles as well thats why all flabby and very very hard to let the muscles grow normally... i dunno bout u guys who succeeded... but my back look worse...macam ade extra bag kat blakang...ahaha |

my swimming friend said my chest are growing ok
but i doubt it cuz i swim mainly by doing freestyles and i still suck at butterfly haha darn when can post pic here oso i dunno maybe in the next 6 months hopefully |
