Yes, I am quite impressed with the landscape. The photo is just the park inside phase 1. When I was there, I noticed that a house just completed their renovation, I saw a water tank truck washing the road, keeping the taman in a spick and span condition. Yes, we are talking about fairfield with individual title! This seldom happen in a individual title taman. Well done and please keep up the good work Tropicana.

little update on some photo attached :
- guard house progress - many many new tree plant on ridgefield lake side - lake deco still no progress yet - parkfield visitor park roundabout center got new tree plant (so pitty everytime i look at it ... so little leaf .. lol) - new central park visitor carpark signboard about k2 link , k2 roundabout side almost all cover had been taken off , but the road seem still not in shape yet , bangi bridge progress slower then i expect ... Hi Guys,
Just wanted to share my contractor that did the grills for my Unit. I got quite a number of quotations just to do a simple grill for the entire house. The requirement was the same, simple design, powder coating and white in colour. The quotations I got range from RM6K to almost RM8K and finally found someone who was just slightly above RM5K. As his price for the grills was okay, I decided to also do a skylight for the yard at the back. Just sharing some humble photos His number is 012 302 5781. Name is Yap. You can say that his Tropicana Customer introduce. Just to clarify, Yap does all sort of renovation and construction stuff. I decided to just do grills only. If there is leakage, you take photos and go to management office to report defects.
They will start rectification within 2 weeks as per SPA but based on my experience, they will complete the rectification within 2 weeks. I haven't repeated the process yet, cos no time but you can repeat to make sure no more surprises |

I agree spot injection doesnt work all the time.... last time if a room was leaking.. we tend to water proof the entire area with a coat... easier to kautim 1 time instead of repeatedly looking for trouble spot.... How do they waterproofing the joints/edges? actually i think its the glue tat they apply , it quite a thick glue applied to the surface stone, so basically it can be quite rough surface when u step on it . unless they smoothen the surface for next treatment. |

So please do this test if you have yet to do it. Also sharing contact of Wireman by the name of Zul. Young and hardworking Malay guy. Workmanship quite neat. Number is 016 360 2621 & 018 276 578 can fix lights, fans, electrical point, etc. Willing to work on Saturday and also Sunday Also sharing again my contractor who did my grill Yap 012 302 5781. |

Being rung by the office to submit ASAP And he mentioned about the fees too... Administration fee = RM200 Membership card = RM 20 each The "free 3years membership fees" is not totally free sigh |

Apparently, there are some admin fees although, it was supposed to be first 2-years free. There is annual RM200 admin fee + additional RM40 admin fee per membership card Anyone can confirm this / paid this fees. |

According to MKH, station first follow by the car park next. Then the condos, and then the mall. The ktm station is 2km, this is the very reason i consider TH. I strongly believe in the coming years, it will be more and more costly to drive. Not to mention the ever growing traffic jam in the city. |

As for now the main access road from Bangi is the old potpothole road. I wonder what will happen to it once the proper multiple lanes were open. Will they leave the old one just as it is? Scary last time got some mood swing monkeys stared right into my pity soul
