Both Kajang and T Celas flippers got burned badly..worse than satay bakar

But T Kajang at least surrounding and location better more grand unlike Cheras realy super sohaii entrance and location

These are likely padan muka flipper unit now cannot even afford to take possession of the house?

Also those are "cluster" Semi D... not real Semi D... land area baru 2.3k ish... at 1M+ not really considered cheap right

Yeap, most likely is flipper that doesn't have holding power..

Parkfield link semiD is 33 x 70, but 3 stories. If I remember correctly developer launched price (before discount) is 1.23 mil... Bumi lot of course got further discount...

DOnt go cheapskate and opt for bumi lot even if you are bumi...

That's handicapping yourself, Bumi lot appreciation also on avg lower then regular lots

Hi, would like to ask if anyone has any clues on the new project in Tropicana Height? Heard it is Semi D with 1 mil ++. But the SA didn’t reveal much to me, said it is not confirmed yet.

I hear they revised thier plan to build much smaller size units.
