Just use screw driver can open ur casement window they no need break glass .

Check how tight the security is ... if the security r lenient then better do grill + alarm system + Cctv
If security very tight . All visitor must register and call owner before allow them enter then u can save grill money |

My place got one owner

Somehow if majority comfort with it then can over rule the clause . My cousin staying in bluecon strata title Also break some house rules . Like install gate and put canopy over the certain limit as stated by management |

No reason that Non residents will go in the residential without looking for someone
Many strata condo also occurred break in cases Even G&g but perimeter wall is low also let the theft climb in easily |
