Hi all, since my last posting, I’m now a happy new owner of a unit in Parkfields! Now I’m planning for minor renovations interior and repair works (exterior and interior), but I’m a bit curious about the renovation form. How much info do you guys fill up? Interior things like changing flooring to SPC, adding power points, plumbing (I’m moving wet kitchen sink from one side to the other side, hacking required), must still get approval from JMB also? What type of info submitted usually?  |
