I m living at parkfield. Safety is good n like very much gateless concept. Never has issues with noise. Air pollution? Not really  feel that. Like the landscape within parkfield n Central Park.
Problem is house value not much increase but it benefit sub sales. Welcome to parkfield.

My I know how much is the maintenance fee for Parkfield 2-storey?
I am also curious about the strata title condition, and if we can install solar panel on the roof.

hi guys, i am surveying this project for subsales unit, currently looking at ridgefield townhouse unit.

However, i am clueless when i tried to figure out the initial developer selling price. Some websites say price starting from 670k.. is this true? Just trying to estimate what would be the fair price for current market.

Thanks!

I think the price should be under phase one project

As long as not breaching the Strata act should be fine

Hi all, since my last posting, I’m now a happy new owner of a unit in Parkfields!

Now I’m planning for minor renovations interior and repair works (exterior and interior), but I’m a bit curious about the renovation form. How much info do you guys fill up?

Interior things like changing flooring to SPC, adding power points, plumbing (I’m moving wet kitchen sink from one side to the other side, hacking required), must still get approval from JMB also? What type of info submitted usually? hmm.gif

Looks really nice. It's a natural lake? If Kajang's not far for me, would have considered

Overall house finishing is very good, just of course the defects like water leaks/ponding (no thanks to flat roofs) and cracks on wall surface (the usual) which needs tending. I think a few persons here sorted it out during their defect-checking period.

Also, has anyone any idea on the renovation form? hmm.gif

Any Phase 1 - fairfield owner can share about the current phase condition?
1) Safety aka security?
2) Neighborhood?
3) maintenance / sinking fund
