let say bank approve 70%. where to get that 20%? tropicana give u 20% loan 0% interest for 12 months. then only tropicana will request for progress payment from bank after the 12 months.. SA told me.

I would suspect that the contractor quoted the cheapest materials cos none of them told me that they would be using Grade A material.

I am not comfortable with totally gateless concept,  would prefer to have grills anytime.

There is a small window above the staircase for Fairfield.

The height is probably about 15 to 18 feet so I did not install any grill there.

Overall its okay for my Unit but from my conversation with some unit owners,  they had more problems.

I would advise that all owners of fairfield to contact the management office to do a ponding test of your upstairs bathroom.

Apparently many units leaked and my unit also leaked in 3 different places.

The ponding test is when they close up your bathroom outlet and flood the floors.

Remember to stay and observe.

After 30 minutes,  u can see water leak.

In tropicana aman, they are using solid quality handle for all the windows. And round wooden handle for staircase railing. No doubt their quality of material is one notch higher.  Quality of material next door rimbayu is so so only. Very normal type.

The management will come back next day together with you to observe water leak but its better that you stay for at least 1 hour or you can go for lunch and come back.

My water leaked in the front opening to the water pipe near the main  door and in the wet kitchen and in the living room.

Water was literally dropping down and many units have this issue apparently.

my current bathroom is using epoxy stone for water proofing , so far 1 years pass and its still good , the whole solution is quite cheap also

ya . previously i apply those chemical injection , pls dont try , wasted me 3k (inject 3 times) .. totally useless , it fix one point but the water still flow to other place , and it just make the case worse ... after i apply the epoxy , my life back to peace , thx god. ya it can use for decoration and water proof , you might give chance to it understand more about this .

im not expert in identify the quality of the stone ya , for my case , i apply 1 master bath room and 1 living hall bath room . the size is normal terrace type bath room , it cost me 1.2k to gao dim all , half day installation and another week they come back to refine the smoothness of the floor .

its not a show house. its a completed Arahsia mock up unit at site and also act as bench mark. workmanship not bad too.

Not open to public la. The completed mock up just in front of main entrance to Arahsia precint.

finally there is 1 progress pic updated in tropicana web site , but its august progress .. really? ... 3 months ago pic and finally update now ? wats the point ...

How do you fix the leaking finally? I assume your leaking is from the ceiling where water droplets dropped onto your plaster ceiling?

Boss TBH the TH club house facilities really sucks. It simply looks new that's all. I think better just spend time in the park than the club.
