I have seen couple units moved in, some still under renovation. Majority of the units are still vacant.

took some casual time to parkfield today and took some pic on central park landscaping , enjoy enjoy

haha . never thinking of those image posting will cause EM thread so much heat , think outside moon always better ? TH central park indeed will turn out one of the best public park in klang valley for sure (at least best in kajang) .. yup . they are planting more and more old trees when new area developed , lets foresee when car drive into the beginning of TH entrance will feel the big tree cover above u..

btw , personally think not fair to compare EW to Talam lah .its abit insulting liao lorr.

think the only backlane is something can argue lah . due to the printed material and actual product is varied, (TH dont even have backlane to discuss about    ) . slope is normal lor , gate is subjective . hope when VP those bad negative comment can make a big U-TURN . (im EW supporter too btw  )

im not fairfield owner , but seem leakage still is the major issue among fairfield owner, last time attend event in TH met some of fairfield owner also talking about the leakage , but other that this , workmanship think is ok. oh ya .. no unify rite ... haha its quite serious issue . btw .. still hardly feel the 'people' in TH actually .. guess majority fairfield owner still buy for investment (hope im wrong)

the package still not yet out for outsider woo (even parkfield owner cant access also) . btw .. if the clubhouse without badminton court .. it will be a real disappointment for me , since my kids interest slowly getting into this .. hope ecohill one can open to public ... TH clubhouse is kici miao compare to ecohill one .. i dont mind take a 10mins drive to ecohill clubhouse every week

TH project lead team seem tend to be very negative about high cost maintaining carpet grass instead of cow grass , which i did request to them before ... they dump me bunch of negative experience for that . so i just accept it lor .. they are expect maa haha . sure need to listen one
