The show unit is a corner unit. It looked larger laugh.gif

Type A corner also not bad la.

I think this one and your Type A not much difference.

Except Ridgefield got 1 more floor.

Buy such big house, maintenance is not an issue already ma for you.
*
Ya... 3 floors is an issue for me... cause I have a small family.. .. worry it might get too "divided" up and lack interaction...

maintenance gila la bro... nearly 700 a month that kinda money can be put to better use elsewhere...

True also. But if for me, I buy the huge house mainly to turn into office, gaming room and etc.

When my family expand only I will work on the extra space left tongue.gif

And yes, 700 a month is a little high.

The +1 bedroom is located outside the 3rd floor lagi.

So if you sked your maid will sabotage you, you can leave her outside laugh.gif

Bedroom 5 is likely for your aging parents, when they come to visit.

For the show room, I love the fact that they made 2 of the room connected. Parents can easily use the room to check on their slightly older baby.

Your wife working?

Weekend ones troublesome is cause u need to be home to monitor them. Hence your weekend is blocked up. Overall maid is troublesome de la... better if leave her at the ground floor... so u can keep your 2nd/3rd floor completely private... walk around in your underwear also can

um... not sure.. havent heard of it hahaha

I just know they have the RC walls (aka no column the wall is the load bearing structure) and the indoor air quality management la... where air intake can be filtered.. very useful for when haze hit the country...

Oh and the ceiling heat insulation system "sounds" decent...

But if you hack that wall, you would affect the entire structure right? Just curious.

Indoor air quality management is good indeed. When Haze strike and it shall strike, it's beneficial to the owners.

I think got Solar heater for the toilet laugh.gif

The masonry block walls can bring down I think. The RC walls can't touch.

Correct.

The few masonry walls can be brought down.

As for the RC walls, u can drill holes. You can cut grooves (to a certain depth), and IF u really need to hack it, you can consult and get a structural engineer to sign off on it (i assume an IR?)

Yeah, if really want to hack the RC wall, better to consult a structural engineer first. They'd probably advise you against it la lol. IR also will be cautious to sign off on anything relating to removing of load-bearing structures.

I was there over the weekend. Parkfield semi d cluster are left with very few units according to the SA. Looks like Tropicana Heights sales are doing well.
