Yes, I am quite impressed with the landscape. The photo is just the park inside phase 1. When I was there, I noticed that a house just completed their renovation, I saw a water tank truck washing the road, keeping the taman in a spick and span condition. Yes, we are talking about fairfield with individual title! This seldom happen in a individual title taman. Well done and please keep up the good work Tropicana.

QUOTE(YCH1223 @ Dec 16 2016, 11:17 AM) [attachmentid=8263502] Thanks so much for sharing. Building is up, this was 5 months ago. I presume it is only accessible from K2 unless the new link is ready. This is what i last took in July 2016...... Dont think it can operate 1st quarter of 2017 as lots of work at the surrounding area..... |

QUOTE(YCH1223 @ Dec 16 2016, 11:53 AM) [attachmentid=8263880] Once the access road (work in progress) is ready, it should be within 2-3km. That is like under 3 mins drive.Distance unknown as the link road from TH to Kajang 2 is under construction. Approx. distance by "walking" 😂 So far ....entrance to the school unknown as well as it is nearby the Bangi --> Kajang 2/Nadayu/TH. |

QUOTE(mthc @ Jan 5 2017, 09:37 PM) Yup it's true boss. But I don't think the construction of the mall has been executed yet. TBH don't even know what structure is this in the pic.. kajang 2 is filled with nth but mysteries Indeed a ktm station. It is built by MKH. According to MKH, station first follow by the car park next. Then the condos, and then the mall. The ktm station is 2km, this is the very reason i consider TH. I strongly believe in the coming years, it will be more and more costly to drive. Not to mention the ever growing traffic jam in the city. |

QUOTE(mthc @ Jan 5 2017, 10:08 PM) You mean TH is 2km away from KTM K2? Did MKH mention when will the construction for the mall starts? No indication but the SA hinted about the wip construction of the show unit for the condo (if i remember correctly) next to their show gallery. There still have the high end kajang 2 landed property in the pipeline. |

Just the wife need to wake up first A good SA does play an important role and therefore, make sure u are being attended by a good one. Good luck in ur viewing.Yup. That's what I thought as well. The ID is there to help you visualize how the house may look. At the end still need to look at all factors. Most likely tomorrow go visit TH again. See this time got 'feel' or not |

QUOTE(obee @ Jan 9 2017, 05:08 PM) Hmm. I can't recall what the SA answered when I asked that question but seems like can install. Just need to make sure follow rules I suppose. Hmm, i wonder if you guys plan to install grills on a strata title property? It will look funny if it is made optional. Imagine 1 house will grill and another without. From the security point of view, it makes the unit without grill an easy and prime target for burglary. As you said, once JMB is formed then anything also lepas la |

Lol, it is funny to find so many ideas and some willing to pay a limb just to avoid putting up grills.
I think someone mentioned security tint/film. I did asked during the fair, typically, it will cost 2 to 3k for the whole house. It will block the infra heat + Security. PS. My wife is awesome too! 👍 |
