*

Sensitip question for EcoWorld buyers laugh.gif

Not sensitive la. EcoWorld still new. Still in learning curve. Give them some time to catch up other reputable developer like tropicana. laugh.gif

errm .. Parkfield never treat backlane as one of their selling point neither .. so anything better than tar road is consider bonus d . mayb tropicana too clever do not show any illustration of the backlane which they foresee the outcome may same to cradleton buyer haha  tongue.gif
*
its time to reveal the mystery now. if tropicana never promote their backlane and yet came out better thn cradleton, then its a big bonus. thn very sorry to cradleton buyers.

Dont worry la, willyboy88 is right in saying that Tropicana have been very consistent in delivering on their promises.

Its not like certain upstart developer who launches 20 projects based on good marketing and PR....  laugh.gif

You mean Eco World? hmm.gif

Your money vs their money, I think they can hire 100 lawyers and delay your lawsuit till you go bust on legal cost.

But don't worry la, Tropicana usually will do quite okay one.

Except for TA, I dun have much complaints about their projects.

put aside legal cost matter, technically there are merits to sue developer for misled and false advertising, right? though dont think any historical case so far.
