But I agree with you. Kajang and Semenyih very close together but Semenyih being further south really made me think long and hard.

Just the show unit. External landscaping from sales gallery to show unit also nicely done. Actual site cannot go in, sadly. Just can see from far.

But Mellowood really well done la. Just the price for Parkhomes type really need to think looong and hard sweat.gif

I got show her the EM thread. She also a bit skeptical already. So fast change perception. Ish ish.. laugh.gif

But need to be fair to EW also lor. They spent a long time to get the sales gallery or show unit up nicely and the landscaping also take time to grow. Should give more time for the trees and grass to grow only give criticism for actual unit surrounding.

TH need to be consistent if want to stay competitive. And thanks to you also for the strong poison. Lol. How is your loan application?

As chiahau has mentioned, strata title forbids any renovation to the external facade of the property. internally it shouldn't be a problem. however, the issue with the solar panel is that it is lying on the roof without any change to the facade. so it's better to check with SA on that.
