maybe you call up the mgmt office and ask when is the next owners meeting, you attend that meeting and they will add you into the WA group

if heavy rain, there will be flood in many parts of kajang, this is when the real jam happen, this place not comparable to urban place like kl/pj, still need a lot of infra improvement

remember to check water leakage, my fren's fairfield unit also kena already, should have checked before moving in, more a bit inconvenient to fix
