Just wish to check with you guys anyone have information about cashlite/cashtreat/cash on call rate from each bank?

What I had know:

cimb cashlite 3.99-4.99%; 75% of available credit limit; no processing fee, no lock-in period, no early settlement fee/penalty, interest waived if settle early.

mbb cashtreat 8.88%; 90% of available credit limit; 1 time processing fee (Rm100), no lock-in period, no early settlement fee/penalty, interest waived if settle early.

I heard UOB give as low as 2.99/3.99% as well??

Seems like you have applied Maybankard 2 (Dual cards). If so, yes, you will receive 2 cards instead of one.
